Trossachs Antenatal
Hello!
I’m Laura, the face behind Trossachs Antenatal.
Since 2019, when I qualified as an NCT (National Childbirth Trust) Antenatal Practitioner and Breastfeeding Counsellor, I have supported over 500 families. This has included antenatal and breastfeeding education, in‑home breastfeeding support and, more recently, traditional postnatal doula support.
In all I do, my focus is to support parents to feel at the centre of their birth, breastfeeding journey and postnatal recovery. This allows me to offer a continuous thread of care from pregnancy through to those vital early weeks at home. Guiding families through this transformative time is a privilege I hold dearly.

" I just wanted to reach out as you've been on my mind lately, thinking about the inspirational women in my life. I want to thank you for your incredible support during such a difficult phase. You gave me clarity when I was confused and believed in me, even when I didn’t. I will never forget this. Breastfeeding was a total success in the end—still feeding at 2.5 years! I wouldn’t have been able to do this without you."

" Dearest Laura.
How to say thank you in a way which conveys, what your presence has meant in those long early days.
A hand held through tears, a hug and some tea. Not there just for baby but caring for me. From mother to mother, a wonderful thing. Your legacy woven like beads on a string.
For those mothers like me who felt like they were falling. You've lifted us up as it's clearly your calling; and taught us some things that you didn't intend. Like the meaning of mother can also mean friend." - June 2025
