Doula Services
At Home Breastfeeding Support
Support delivered over 2 - 3 weeks. This bundle works well for families who are looking for help with feeding (breast or bottle). I'm very experienced breastfeeding counsellor and I'm able to support families with latch as well as more complex feeding needs. Support is taylored to the feeding dyad and delivered through:

home-based feeding support.

online / phone call catch up sessions lasting up to 40 mins.

up to 20 mins of direct support for questions and answers via WhatsApp out with booked appointments.

Doula and Breastfeeding Support: Bundle 1.
Doula and Breastfeeding Support: 2-3 Weeks bundle.

Up to 6 hours of home-based feeding and postnatal Doula support. This includes an additional hour of support for questions and answers via WhatsApp/ phone / online out with home visits.

Use of hospital grade breast pump (if needed and available).

Elements of Traditional Postnatal Doula (Plant based teas, balms and essential oils to support lactation and maternal relaxation). Delivered as part of one or two of the home visits.

Parental Support – Helping parents to build confidence in looking after their baby and navigate the many things involved in new-born care; baby sleeping patterns, feeding patterns, bathing, burping, winding, holding, swaddling to name a few.

Practical Support - Light chores that support maternal /family in the first few weeks (These are agreed in the pre-booking consultation).

Increasing parent’s confidence Provide information and signposting where needed.

Minimum of 6 hours. Additional hours are £30. Per hour

From 8:30pm to 1am an additional £15 per hour to make it £45. Per hour.

Doula and Breastfeeding Support: Bundle 2.
Up to 10 hours of home-based feeding support with Traditional Doula services. This includes up to an hour of support for questions and answers via WhatsApp/ phone / online out with home visits.

10 hours (up to 4 hours per week spread over 4-5 weeks).

week one = 2 x 2-hour visits (4 hours)

week two = 2 x 1-and a half hour visits (3 hours)

week three = 1 x 2-hour visit (2 hours)

week Four = 1 x 1 hour visit (1 hours)

Use of hospital grade breast pump (if needed and available).

2 - 3 postpartum meals and 3 portions of snacks (pre-cooked and brought to your home). These meals are in addition to preparing meals in the family which is part of the package.

Breastfeeding Support- (I’m a licensed breastfeeding counsellor with extensive experience of antenatal practice and supporting parents with breastfeeding postnatally).

Parental Support – Helping parents to build confidence in looking after their baby and navigate the many things involved in new-born care; baby sleeping patterns, feeding patterns, bathing, burping, holding, swaddling, sling wearing and many other things that could crop up.

Maternal Postnatal Comfort - Provide elements of restorative traditional postpartum recovery that includes teas and food, balms and essential oils to support lactation, recovery and postnatal comfort. This can include breathing exercises, relaxation, movement, herbal infusions for bathing and massage .

Parental Support – Helping parents to build confidence in looking after their baby and navigate the many things involved in new-born care; baby sleeping patterns, feeding patterns, bathing, burping, holding, swaddling, sling wearing and many other things that could crop up.

Additional Elements – Elements that can help support the family in the first few weeks.
£ 30 for 10 hours support.
£ 30 for additional hours over 10.
£ 45 per hour from 8:30 pm to 1am
