Service Description

Our Killearn based antenatal classes are open to all expectant parents, whether you're welcoming your first baby or welcoming a sibling. Designed for couples, these small-group sessions (3–8 couples) focus on fostering positive, informed experiences around labour, birth, and the postnatal period. The course is delivered through a blend of individual exploration, interactive group learning, and opportunities to build lasting friendships. Each course comes with 4 hours of free postnatal doula support. 2026/ 2027 dates include: May 15th, 22nd, 28th May and 5th June. Sep 18th 25th and 2nd and 9th October,: 6pm - 9pm 6th and 13th December 10am to 2:30pm 28th Feb 2027 and 7th March 10am -2:30pm 7th May 6-9pm, 9th May 10 - 2:30 pm and 14th May 6pm - 9pm
